Latest updates on the Vaccinations we offer
We are pleased to announce that our seasonal Flu, COVID-19, and MenB vaccination services will be available soon. Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and those around you from serious illness. We will be offering these vaccines at our pharmacy and other sites on the dates shown below.
Flu Vaccinations
NHS flu vaccinations are rolled out in stages, with most eligible adults able to get their jabs from 1 October 2026.
The NHS seasonal rollout follows this schedule:
- From 1 September: Vaccinations begin for pregnant women, children aged 2 and 3, and school-aged children (Reception to Year 11).
- From 1 October: Vaccinations begin for all other eligible adults, including those aged 65 and over, individuals in clinical risk groups, carers, and frontline health and social care staff.
Occupational Flu Clinics
Occupational flu services protect your workforce and minimize absenteeism through on-site pop-up clinics. We can visit your business to vaccinate your staff privately.
- A key advantage: if a member of staff is eligible for an NHS flu vaccine, we can give it on the NHS, which saves you money.
Covid Vaccinations
The NHS spring COVID-19 vaccination programme closed on June 30, 2026. The next campaign is the autumn/winter programme and is anticipated to commence on October 1, 2026.
When the programme resumes, vaccinations will be offered to:
- Adults aged 75 years and over
- Residents in care homes for older adults
- Individuals aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system
NHS MenB vaccine
Our MenB service will open on 20 July 2026.
Lobley Hill Pharmacy will offer free MenB vaccines from 20 July 2026 until 31 December 2026.
The NHS will contact you if your NHS record suggests you may be eligible.
